Disposal of approx. 55,235m3 of material (77,329 tonnes) from the impounded River Lagan. Material to be disposed at Belfast Dredging’s Site C. This includes This includes all material built up above -1.2m AOD with 2m wide side slopes (1:5 slope).
Installation of ropes and associated equipment and navigational markers, to allow seeding and harvesting of Laminaria Digitata, Alaria or Latissima Saccharina species. Ropes will be set in parallel lines with anchors to keep the end of each line in place.
In the first three to four weeks, the tests will be conducted during day-light in order to refine and calibrate the marine mammal detection system. When the sonar system is fully calibrated, it is intended that tests will continue during hours of darkness.
Overall project includes the provisions of a new boat lock and mooring pontoons, a new footpath and footbridge linking Stranmillis and Annadale Embankments with associated landscaping work. Project also includes the refurbishment of the existing lagan weir.

A temporary jetty will be installed on the shoreline. The jetty will be prefabbed and brought to the site in 4 sections and placed onto the site.
It is proposed to remove an abandoned motorboat which is located in Dundrum Bay, Co. Down. It is anticipated that the works can be completed within one week.
The boat will be transported from the site to a waste facility licensed to receive such waste.
Rock placement installation for the purposes of cable protection is planned on a section of the route where a repair omega joint on one of the two cables has been carried out in May 2019 around KP 148 in Northern Ireland Waters. Water depth is approximately 160m.
A headwall replacement at Drumeeny Lan, Bready. Works include the removing of the existing outfall and construction of a new in-situ concrete headwall with access steps.
Northern Ireland Railways (NIR) requires essential infrastructural maintenance on the Belfast to Larne line at the Inver River. The proposed works involve reinstatement of rock armour scour prevention measures which have recently deteriorated.

To deploy a submersible, gravity based, foundation platform for a tidal turbine which can quickly and easily deployed.
Proposed works include the demolition of the current VT2 Linkspan to be replaced with a new tier 2 Linkspan with associated support structure and on-shore approach ramp.
Works consist of the disposal of dredged material from Kilkeel Harbour at designated DAERA disposal site “Kilkeel”.
