Resourcing & People Committee

The Departmental Boards Resourcing & People Sub-Committee’s role is to ensure that all aspects of DAERA’s strategic workforce planning, including the correlation between staffing levels and available financial resources are managed effectively. In addition, the Committee is responsible for monitoring adherence with absence and managing attendance standards and the approval of revised or new health and safety policies.
