Milk registration application/milk cessation notification forms

All dairy farms producing milk for sale must be registered with DAERA, Agri-food Inspection Branch. Please complete form R066 and return to the address detailed below. This form should also be used to notify DAERA of any changes in the registration details.

In cases were milk production on a registered production holding has permanently ceased, please print form R065, complete and return to the address below.
